There are definitely still some issues with the FMT video (like in the Gunship intro), although most games will generally work. Also, it's not VGA (although later models add a CL-GD543x)

I ran some versions of Space Invaders through Mame, which was requested a few pages back. Caveat being that all these shown are official conversions up to 1992. Space Invaders DX was released in the Arcades 1994, and the conversions from then on (e.g. SNES) tend to mimic features of it or include the original as sort of bonus to otherwise beefed up versions, which is why a draw line there.

Here's Fahrenheit 451, an adventure by Trillium/Telarium based on the novel by Ray Bradbury.

PC:

Atari ST. One of the earlier games for it, and Telarium didn't really bother to upgrade for the new platform

Macintosh:

MSX 2: This and other Telarium adventures were licensed to Spanish company Idealogic. I think they may have also distributed for the other platforms, but I don't recall any other American adventures being ported to MSX 2 this way.

That's actually pretty damn impressive that they had proper digitized images on the MSX 2! What sort of graphical capabilities did the MSX 2 have?

MSX2 is 256 colour modes, MSX2+ has YJK modes which extend that further..

pzlestar in MAME is another example of MSX2/2+ hardware showing lots of colours.

Hmm. What about shadowgate? that was released on quite a few systems, most of which MAME emulates.
EDIT: Deja Vu/Deja Vu 2 used the same engine as shadowgate did and were released on almost as many systems as well.

That was a good suggestion...because I already had some material for the first Deja Vu. smile. I've finished the rest now:

Mac:

PC (DOS). Ugh. It's really just ugly CGA, no creativity with different palettes or anything.

PC (Windows 3x)

Amiga. Needed to try a few versions. Not sure what's up with the fuzzy fonts, from what I've seen on the web this isn't MAME specific though.

Atari ST

PC-98

NES

Game Boy Color

Not pictured: Pocket PC. Not aware of any working MAME driver for a compatible device.

Re: fuzzy fonts on Amiga Deja Vu - you mean the window title bars Joe's Bar, inventory, exits? Those windows aren't active, so the title bars are ghosted. That's normal.
