Hi
I don't know if this is a mamearcade or qmc2 issue. Latest qmc2 (0.183) doesn't load the software list I have correctly in the hash directory.

Works fine here... did you point QMC2 to the hash directory?

Yes the other softlists like guab and pce_tourvision work fine.

Then I have no idea... with official MAME ("git latest") it's working fine at least, also with megatech and its soft-list.

Also, is the software-list feature "grayed-out" (disabled) or not? If it is, it means that the machine (megatech in this case) has no attached soft-list as it should (see "mame -lx megatech | grep softwarelist"). If it's enabled but just not loading any data, then there's an issue with the cached soft-list data (which might simply be empty for whatever reason) and you'd need to recreate the cache (select "Tools" => "Clean up" => "Clear software list cache" from the menu and restart).

Thanks qmc2
Clearing the cache solves the problem.
