I've yet to find any arcade-related information on Wikipedia that *isn't* System 16 copypasta.

I'm famous on the internet.

And yes, wikipedia irritates the living shit out of me, just stealing all the work I do.

Sorry to reanimate the thread but yeah I wrote all of that, I emailed Bobby about it when it went up but as you may have noticed he's not exactly an updating maven....

Also, in my defense, I got some people telling me that Armadillo Racing was obviously a mistranslation of something...

Ever since I actually found it I've been... skeptical...of removing anything wink

What did they say Armadillo Racing was a mistranslation of, and how did they come to that conclusion?

To be fair, for a while I was hoping Armadillo was a mistranslation and Rhinoceros Bar Command was the real game. But I've seen pictures of a 2-screen Armadillo Racing from a Japanese arcade (it's controlled with a trackball and there are big plastic armadillo heads on top of each side of the cabinet).

I played Armadillo Racing. It's good fun, but it's a bit uncomfortable trying to get down to the level of the controls, as they're positioned to be comfortable for an eight-year-old.
