The new changes means the system now runs at 100% on my laptop. It was <50% before.

Excellent work and well done to all those involved.

eh.. the new changes made it slower when I was testing things, because all the memory accesses from the 68k now have to go through a bunch of trampoline functions because everything was designed to be 32-bit native for the 68020 / MIPS on Cojag

That's backwards from hardware though - we know the chipset was designed for the 16-bit 68k. The handlers should be reworked as 16-bit and CoJag can use AM_READ16/AM_WRITE16 to auto-generate the trampolines.

for the base jaguar: fix CPU issues so that the remaining games work as well and fix a lot of Video issues (and these are though: there is a reason why Ville Linde refuses to touch Jaguar since he stopped working on Project Tempest wink )

for the jaguar cd: emulate the CD player, but I don't even know which hardware it uses so I cannot tell how difficult it could be to add it

Jag CD needs almost infinite work (including a complete rework of how CDs are stored in the CHD format) and there's not much reference on it. Nor do I have time to do any serious work on emulation for the next several months. Don't hold your breath.

Fixed.
The plan is to fully rewrite curretly major cause of pain (the blitter) ... apparently almost every crash / black screen is caused by that, stay tuned for more Jaaag!

thx Kale smile

@RB: its doable. Except cd driver needs to be able to deal with profiles [generic now].

And we know how the jag cd deals with the tracks.
