Another multi OS system here: The Olympia People. I have two machines, one with dual floppies, and the other one with the MFM drive I'm trying to back up. It's capable of its flavours of CP/M-86, MS-DOS and Prologue.

This one is added now. Thanks for contribution. Sorry it took a while we had lot of regressions lately to fix.

Thanks for software and images too. Should help.

You're welcome. Maybe it's worth noting, that the MFM harddrive is once again connected via one of the SASI controllers that is attached to the expansion card which is already in one of the pictures.

I've taken apart a few machines to send ICs to a guy who'll try to read as many of them as possible.

I've used this opportunity to take a few more pictures, and in some cases re-read eproms.

This archive contains a few pictures and the HD controller ROM.

I've updated this archive

Oly People HD and Keyboard

with the manuals for the Xebec 1401A HD controller used in the machine.

I've dumped the Mainboard ROMs from a second machine ... I have a feeling these dumps are a bit more sensible than the first ones.

Oly People 2nd machine mainboard ROMs

I might have to re-do the ones from the first machine.

This second one comes with no memory expansion and no harddisk, but two 5,25" floppies. The memory size is given as 20000H i.e. 128K.

I compared the two machines I have and found they have totally different mainboards! On the one with the HD, the processor is on the mainboard, and there's a memory expansion from 128K to 512K.
On the dual floppy machine, the processor and 128K RAM are on the expansion board. I also re-dumped the ROMs from the HD machine, and to me they make more sense now, although I'm a bit puzzled about how my EPROMmer managed to pull 8K out of 2732A EPROMs ... but there you go.

In order to reduce confusion, I made new seperate archives of the two machines that contain pictures and binaries.

I'm looking for a device driver for an AT style machine that will let me read and write the oddball People disks on a standard PC (80 tracks, 16 sectors/track, 256 byte sectors). Any hints? (There is such a thing for the Rainbow disks called RAINDOS ... maybe there's a generic one, too).

If you want read the content of the disk image above (OLYDOS)
you can try following:
Convert (Dave Dunfield tools) the TeleDisk format into ImageDisk format.
Then convert the ImageDisk format into the Raw format.

You can use the DiskExplorer to read/write files now.

Additional you can take a look on OmniFlop.

But maybe I`m wrong and did not understand your question.
