AppleWin cheats the Votrax with samples of the phonemes. Hopefully Aaron/Olivier/LN can sort out the real emulation soon.

Ultima V supports as many audio devices as you can throw at it, so triple or quad Mockingboards should even work, although I only tried dual.

For Wildcard we really need a dump of the ROMs, and a deep dive into machine/apple2.c to see if it's feasible to support /INH from the slots without a serious rewrite (that's the pin that lets a card override the motherboard's RAM and ROM).

ROM language cards definitely existed (I think Apple even made one) but they were greatly outsold by the more flexible RAM ones so finding a dump of one is tough.

The SwyftCard would be a good one for historical interest. (There is a dump.)

Some WIP on a card that hasn't been mentioned yet but would likely be handy for people trying to recover old AppleWorks documents smile

Man, that would be something, but even if they were still readable I think my mom tossed them years ago wink

The Apple II Memory Expansion Card is now checked in. It works great as a RAM disk in ProDOS after some behavior fixes to the basic slot handling; I haven't tried software that specifically attempts to do stuff with it.

Non-working WIP for the Rev. C Apple II SCSI Card is also committed but not currently selectable.

CFFA2000 in IIgs slot 7 to boot the IIgs off IDE harddisk images?

Coming very soon. (I believe this is the first time any IIgs emulator has allowed arbitrary card emulation - KEGS and XGS certainly don't do it).

ETA: available as of SVN #14868. I ran with a Memory Expansion Card in slot 4 and a CFFA2000 booting System 6.0.1 off an IDE harddisk in slot 7 and copied files back and forth between the IDE device and the RAMdisk with no trouble, so I believe the support is stable.

ThunderClock and the older Mountain Systems clock card are the RTCs I remember. What about the "super extended" 80 column cards with even more auxiliary RAM than the 64k on Apple's extended 80 column card? Do we get an option for auxiliary RAM size.
