Yeah, of all the logos I've seen I like this one, actually almost makes me sad I consider it a temporary thing

I'm torn between 4 and 6 anyway

I like the sort order on both of these best (U at the back, M in the middle, E frontmost) plus it retains the general look of the current logo

The ... after the E is what I'm undecided on, I do actually like it, but at the same time it is, as mentioned in the shoutbox a bit of a style break. I guess I like it because it avoids the logo being *too* bland and gives it a bit more character, although I think the logo without it looks good too.

I think I'll end up going with '6' for the u2 release.

well first i want to say i'm not a professional designer but only an amateur.
Logos i've made are just for fun as i've noticed many sites related to emulation and/or emulators sometimes lack logos.

Now sometimes i have a good feeling when creating logos and sometimes not so it could explain why sometimes i've made gaudy and disjointed stuff.

Cheers,
Jackc.

I also like this one a lot.

And, hey! I think the feedback you're getting is perfect for improving your skills.

Nice work!

Could I suggest trying reversing the 'E' as this would then have the effect of EMU reversed.

might look horrid but worth a try.....maybe. smile
