High on tv set. Does who know television spec? The system SECAM is known a interlaced mode. Like nickel side, one line now and second half frame late. But out of spec is that tv set a get one sync. And ever the video a interlaced mode is go one to another line. No spec told about order of a lines, that now and late.

Additional thought. Video signal is frame start capable. It is blank around frame, up and down of. No the alien tech is in sight.
