Hey guys, are there functions implemented to open listening sockets (so I can open one in lua, and send to it from an outside TCP socket?)

Just do it, it'll create a listen socket if there's not already a listener on the port.

Thanks, hopefully once I get started, these stupid questions will subside.

I'm also offering to give the script to mamedev if you guys want (essentially, control over tcp port). Hopefully it would be useful to others.
