The same thing happened to me. I got stuck in full-screen mode and couldn't figure out how to get to the options screen. Well finally I figured out the right combo of buttons but it took a while.
There were almost a dozen readme files with the program but no manual? Unless I missed something somewhere. The lack of shortcuts is a bit annoying. But otherwise it's a solid release it seems.

Right now, Stella is stuck in full screen mode all because I made the mistake of not writing down the keyboard shortcut (I assume one exists) to get the screen back to normal before I checked out the full screen mode.
