I think I know the answer to this one, but here goes.

Is there an unnofficial compile of MacMAME 0.103u2 or later? I am tired of quitting MacMAME after each game and copying my default.cfg file into it's folder OVER and OVER again.

No, I am not a programmer and yes, I like to test out new Roms.

NO, I do not know how to run AdvanceMAME or XMAME. (I have tried and failed on several occasions) I would be willing to give it another try with a little guidance, however.

Being a simpleton artist, I know not of things technical, (beyond adobe software, which is pretty straight forward) and would appreciate any "polite" suggestions you guys can offer me.
