1. get out of your chair and away from your computer.
2. Take a walk. (without your cell phone)
3. Eat something HEALTHY.
4. Now, return to your desk. The problem should be fixed.

Warning!!! Caution!!! Notice!!!
The document posted above mine shows signs of having been altered. Take notice of the 'f's in the word 'off' in line number three that reads:
Turn off annoying alert sound
They look flat compared to the 'f' in line two's word 'file',
Next, take note of the letter 'a' in the word 'annoying' in line three, compared to the letters 'a' in the word 'Play' on line one, 'Create' in line two, and 'reading' in line four. They all have a short curlycue at the tail end of the letter, except for the one in line three. Wham!!!
Point number three, all be it somewhat less noticeable, the 'g' in the word 'annoying' in line three curls a little bit more than in the word 'song' in line one, and 'reading' in line four. It almost looks like it could be a different font.
And, as my October suprize, it looks like line three might be a hair lower, when compared to the other three lines, when you compare how they line up with their respective boxes. Pow!!!
If I had to guess, I would say that this form is counterfeit. What do you guys think?
What did the five fingers say to the face?

192K? Not if you use Apples Sony audio encoder. High quality only needs to be encoded at 12K. If you use standard quality with the Apple Sony encoder, you actually end up with MORE space than when you started ripping. The only downside is that the files only work with a cobranded Rio-CocaCola flash based mp3 player.
