Some, but not all, games using Mapper #6, 8, and 17 have problems.

Some flashing in Mapper 6 games, only one game using Mapper 8 and it freezes on startup, some title screen graphics errors in Mapper 17 games.

Can anyone verify?

I only have one Mapper #8 Game:
Dragon Ball - Shen Long no Nazo (J) [hM08]

and that one freezes when loaded.

Some Mapper #6 games with studdering gameplay include:

Gryzor (J) [hFFE]
Gekitou Stadium!! (J) [hFFE][p1]
Datsugoku (J) [hFFE] [p1]
Donald Land (J) [hFFE]
Double Dragon (J) [hFFE}
.......etc.....

Almost seems like a scrolling problem?

For example, Double Dragon (J) [hFFE], when you clear a zone and get "the thumb" to progress forward, there seems to be a brief pause prior to moving.

Do you know the game of Mapper 17?
I want you to give the title of the game.

Do you know the emulator that works completely these FFE Images?

Please test whether it works by FE(NES emulator).

FE v0.13a for DOS

The original counterparts of those games have been hacked to work on lesser hardware (FFE), most minor glitches are probably normal.

If you just want to play the games, always go for the non-FFE version.
