SVN 3199 returns this error after having issued
make PTR64=1 TARGET=mess -f makefile.sdl clean make PTR64=1 TARGET=mess -f makefile.sdl all
Compiling src/emu/cpu/drcbex64.c... src/emu/cpu/drcbex64.c: In function ‘op_debug’: src/emu/cpu/drcbex64.c:3089: error: ‘Machine’ undeclared (first use in this function) src/emu/cpu/drcbex64.c:3089: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once src/emu/cpu/drcbex64.c:3089: error: for each function it appears in.)
SDLMESS 127u2 is not on SVN. Is this the cause?

The easy, temporary way is to add
#include "deprecat.h"
to the file in question (drcbex64.c in this case), until someone fixes it properly.

That *is* the proper fix ...until everything is a device.
