Even better! It turns out you must not have overlapping partitions when going to install. Who would have thought?

The bwtwo graphics adapter looks a bit less gaudy:

Okay, last screenshot for now, I promise: Let's do some C90 development with MAME!

Cool stuff. I'm more familiar with the later UltraSPARC machines, but It's always great to see progress in emulation of old workstations/servers.

More SunOS shenanigans, this time with a more negative note.

Solaris 1.1.2 gets to this point in a Custom Installation and then hangs (I let it sit there at 250% unthrottled for 10 minutes):

[Linked Image]

Solaris 2.3 gets real upset about the NCR 53C90A, real fast:

[Linked Image]

Solaris 2.5.1 can't mount its own CD that it just loaded the second-stage bootloader off of, but it might be that it's one of those .toast images that can't just be simply renamed to .iso:

[Linked Image]

The Solaris 2.6 installer never manages to connect to the X server, possibly because it failed loading due to unsupported command number 43 (READ TOC/PMA/ATIP):

Aurora SPARC Linux gets to "Booting Linux..." and then hangs:

NetBSD 6.0 doesn't like how the keyboard resets:

[Linked Image]

Neither does NetBSD 7.0:

[Linked Image]

NetBSD 8.0 don't like it (rock the casbah, rock the casbah), but continues past that point until booting into the microroot:

[Linked Image]

At that point it refuses to recognize that there's a CD-ROM, possibly due to the obvious SCSI errors indicated in the previous screenshot:

So, if anyone was curious as to why the driver is still marked MACHINE_NOT_WORKING despite SunOS 4.1.4 more or less happily installing, there you go.

In my latest commit, I completely forgot to mention that the KenSingTon Sport Vii driver now has "motion" controls! It's in quotes because it doesn't actually add accelerometer support to MAME - I'm faking it by treating each axis as a steering wheel with an inordinately high auto-center speed. It works surprisingly well like that, though:

EDIT: Okay, I guess I'll just post a link, since embedding YouTube videos simply doesn't work. GG, Richard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PK_W9a2wy8
