I posted instructions how to install HP-UX in the 'OS install instruction thread'. The HP-UX installation process is pretty self explaining, most of the time you just say 'y' or press enter :-)

With the 6805 talking, the NCD17C is a bit chattier. Specifically, it says it hates pmackinlay ;-)

Now it loves me and hates you again. Also FYI, the NCD19 lance is trying to access a different part of RAM, so that needs to be sorted before it'll pass the network test too.

netbsd making some progress on hp9k_3xx. Completely booted over LAN via rbootd and NFS (thanks to pmac's hard work on the LANCE driver). Still need some SCSI and Keyboard Fixes. Repeat rate is way to high :-)

The Shine/1 is a seemingly rare Italian computer from 1983. The ROMs were posted on an Acorn forum as the owner thought it may be an Acorn Atom clone due to having similar hardware based on 6502, MC6847, 6522, and even the keyboard 'looks' very similar. That is where the similarities end.
There are no known manuals or software for this computer so emulation is based on photos only. At least it boots and BASIC runs, anything more is just guessing.

All known details and photos at https://stardot.org.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=15452

Sounds more like a 6502-based CoCo/Dragon, with the 6847.

Without software, there's not a great deal more that can be done.

Perhaps you could try to see if the BASIC supports sound or colour, or different resolutions - even if it doesn't work just yet.

The very first NCD, the 16" NCD 16, joins the fray. Not sure what QLC and BERT are, as they don't exist in later hardware.

The original author of the disk loading routines created a new disk image from his master disks, and our dsk format parsing needed a small adjustment to support it.
