Better keyboard hookup on the Apple /// gets us to the main menu of 3 E-Z Pieces, at which point it's really obvious that it's the program which became AppleWorks.

Is that really 2 different "fonts" for the words "DUNG BEETLES" text (regular lines and "dotted" lines)? Or is it because the text is originally in 2 colors and gets dithered that way?

Actually, each letter of text (IIRC) cycles through each of the Apple II's grand hi-res palette of four colors (orange, cyan, magenta, green). The ones that don't look dithered should actually be white...

..and if you've never played Dung Beetles, you're missing out. One of Bishop's finest and a creative take on the Pac-Man style maze game.

6 colors, actually, but yeah. It looks a bit odd in monochrome, and it's IMO the best of all the Pac-alikes. WEEE GOTCHA!
