I just wanted to ask if there's a chance for an M1 SDK .so version on Linux any time soon
!? I'm considering to support M1 with QMC2 (SDLMAME build), but as long as there's no SDK support, I'd be restricted to use the M1 executable.
If the latter is the only way to go, would it be possible to a) add an option to get the list of songs for a specific game from M1? And b), it would be nice to be able to directly jump to that song by passing the song number via a command line option. Also, it would be much easier if it were possible to pass the "rompath" via the command line (and not only via m1.ini).
Please correct me, if I'm wrong, but I didn't see any M1 options that would allow me to do any of that.
A last question: why is M1 / the M1 SDK not open source? (Or am I just missing something?) Sorry if this has already been asked / answered before, but I'm new to this and didn't find any info on that question... if it were open source, building a working .so would be no problem at all
