Just for the record, I own the domain messtesters.org for a very long time. I bought it long ago because I wasn't satisfied with the bugzilla and thought I could do better. I also have professional level, highly powerful and parameterizable bug tracking web software. I just never got around to raise the site since I was very busy IRL. It wouldn't take long to put it together, all that is really needed is a couple of motivated devs to parameter everything to their likings before running it. I certainly wouldn't have the time to parameter everything myself, and let's face it, I wouldn't do a good job. I certainly won't have the time to administrate it either so other people will need to take care of that part too. All I can do is providing a solid host and good quality software for motivated people.

Yes I understand what you mean, that may appear to be a terrible moment, but if you consider competition isn't necessarily a bad thing and may result in emulation (not the computing meaning) then that's the best moment.
