Thanks for the info.
4.10.1998 is the original edition and not the second edition.

@Anna: Sorry I thought by "is this...?" you meant the screenshot you posted. I was kinda confused too, but who knows ;-) Rob has a full list of all Windows 95 builds that were ever found/leaked but sadly it doesn't mention which builds were available for the Japanese DOS/V platforms. Oh, and OSR2.5 is build 1216 not 1214

@r09 Please, can you tell me the version number of the Win95 (softlist > pc98_cd)? It's actually 4.00.950 without the A, which I guess would be the original retail release.

I have just added a handful of new and newly discovered cartridges to the a800 software list.
I created the list and have not added to it for a while and am not sure who or where to post it now. Given the title of this thread I guess this is the right place to ask.
Where do I send my updated a800.xml?

Thanks for that. But it looks far to complicated having to open a github account, create a diff file etc.. Here is a link to the a800.xml update if anybody is interested enough to add it to MAME. https://www.sendspace.com/file/c3sn8pk1w1

If you want to have any hope of doing multiple such updates you're going to need to at least learn to make a diff (it's not hard at all).
