OMG Close one! Bored at work? Forum needs another [game request], or [favorite game], or [feature request] thread, I guess! That or a new M1 release

I really want frigging model 1 Star Wars dumps before I do another M1. And Six is pretty much the point man on that :-)

So will P.O.W. - Prisoners of War be added to the next M1?

I guess it's cos people stopped posting questions in here that got them flamed. Maybe you should unblock Dexter to see if he can pop up and give us someone truely flame-worthy again Ice

Hey Arbee, refresh my memory - does MAME have the ability to say specifically which games have a separate audio CPU?

In a lot of cases the audio CPU is tagged (audio) although Haze is interested in getting rid of that since most games malfunction in some way if you disable that CPU.
Otherwise, first check the startup info. If there's more than 1 CPU, you might be good. Then check the driver and see which CPU's hooked up to the sound chips.

Mark "Leopardcats", who is emulation friendly and even owns dumping equipment, has a complete Model 1 SWA with both sound boards. He actually posted on mame.net asking if we needed a dump, we said "hell yes", and we didn't hear anything after that.
Modeler is dead. SWA in MAME might have inherited some improvements from the VR/VF work, I don't recall which games share TGP programs though.

Which means SWA emulation in MAME hasn't had recent improvement in terms of control of X-Wing which incapacited correct gameplay ?
Thanks for all your collective efforts to bring all those games in emulation working status
