That artwork looks amazing smile Great work! I will compare it to the actual unit tonight to compare the inlay colors but I don't think there will be much of a difference.

It looks great hydef. I had a look at the .lay too and it doesn't look awkward, mixing the layers with different blendmodes is the way to go for this.

I honestly didn't know quite what I was doing. The method you described works great, you can get an overlay to your liking. But I couldn't independently edit the overlay to the right colours without that affecting the background or vice versa. That was basically my problem. So I tried everything I could think of with the possible blending modes to not get that to not happen and couldn't work it out and then settled on this compromise.

Honestly don't know how this happens, I checked the game again and things were messed up. Fixed them now.

The colors do look a bit faded to me.

Hey Hydef, noticed when playing Balloon Fight, that the button on the right says "Jump" instead of "Eject" like on actual devices

I assume you used assets from Super Mario and that's why it still says jump?

Ah, I must not have noticed the last time I remade things. It used to say Eject. That's correct, this style use the same assets. Fixed. Thanks. I also agree Sparky looks faded. It was just hard to get right without making the background more saturated.

G&W Lion has now been preserved in MAME smile

This game is, like all other early G&W games, based on the Sharp SM5A and looks like this:

Thanks to Mr. Do for providing the game and Sean for shipping the game to me and scanning inlays and pcb!

The game doesn't work well with moving the 2 guys independently, is that the same on the real device as well?
For example, in MAME hold down K and then press E or D to move the left guy, it doesn't work until you let go of K.
