I have put some image files of NORD-10 floppy disks on my website.

There were a post in this forum about from someone that was working on a ND-100 emulator, but I haven't found much information while searching. If there is then it could probably be modified to handle NORD-10 as well. I would be interested in hearing more about such an emulator. I have plenty of manuals for the NORD-10 as well.

Check what is online on Bitsavers or Archive.org and then find someone with a document scanner.

If there is a shared architecture, or there are other similarities, a NORD-100 emulator could well be modified back to a NORD-10 emu.

NDEmulator appears to be closed source and Windows only. Unless Carl Victor Sundling hands out the source, you are out of luck.

nd100em came with GPL'd source, but looks a bit basic:

Wiki indicates the 10, 10/S, and 1x0 have the same user mode instruction set but the supervisor mode instructions vary (the 10/S added paging, and the 100 is higher-performance). All the machines have the microcode in PROMs or EPROMs except the ND-120, which was a single-chip CPU. MAME being MAME, we'd prefer to have the microcode dumped and just emulate that, because the architecture sounds quite baroque as it is.

nd100em at least superficially appears to be DOSBox-like, in that it runs user mode programs but apparently HLEs the OS services.

Ok. Emulation on the micro machine level is the preferred way. Sounds like a daunting task. The downside is also that the NORD-10 emulation will not be compatible with a ND-100 emulation micro machines are very different (SSI/MSI TTL chips vs 2901) Myself, I was thinking on a instruction level emulation much like the nd100emu.

This document is the only document online that gives a little bit of description on the what the NORD-10/S is. I have a lot of documents around. Just need to find the page-feed scanner.

Dumping the microcode should be possible. I have the NORD-10/S and probably also the NORD-10 microcode boards.

I found a scanner and scanned the first document I found. It is the NORD-10/S MICROPROGRAM ND-06.010.01.

The microcode is 32 bit wide and the size is 1024 words. But I know that the version of the micro store I have access to is 4096 words. What the differences are remain to be investigated.

Wow, that document is really nice. Reminds me of university, where we built a small 74xx-based microcoded computer. I wish other CPUs were documented to such a detailed extent ...
