Much better luck with the 2nd TI-35: http://www.seanriddle.com/tp0456.html

TI-30 III has 0456-65 and BA-35 has 0456A-71B. Those will be up in a day or two.

I'm still stuck on TP0320 =(
Compared to TMS0980, it has 192x4 RAM instead of 144x4, plus extra 16x4 LCD RAM. SETR and RSTR are on the microinstructions.
There are new opcodes in $B8 to $BE I have no clue which is which, but obviously a few of them should be LCD related.

Anything you want me to do with TP0320? Would pics of other TP0320s help?

I pinned out the 132 LCD segments for Konami Top Gun. The patent has a diagram that numbers each segment, so I cross-referenced that. http://www.seanriddle.com/topgun.html

Thanks for continuing on SM510 =)

Yes, more TP0320 pics and dumps would help.
But what's really helpful is a patent doc that has more information on TP0320 and TP0456.

I've got dozens of LCD games, many with the SM51x. I just have to get more experience working with them. Mapping the LCD calculator segments has given me some tips.

I'll pick up a couple more TP0320 calcs.

I searched for TP0320 in patents and came up empty; I'll expand that to 0456 and 0458 and see if I can hit anything.

Can someone please make an svg out of this? http://www.seanriddle.com/topgunlcdsegs.jpg

And I don't mean one large single auto-traced path, but separate the segments(objects) instead. I'm a lost cause when it comes to Inkscape and gave up trying frustratingly.

After potrace you just need ^U to ungroup the paths.
