sennen kazoku I played this for a while when I was in Japan. Funny little game ^^ apparently I was very good at dissimulating what the actual improvement was about, by mentioning only a quite obscure Japanese title anyway, this and more were related to implementing at last the GPIO port in the GBA, which allows in turn to support RTC in GBA games. Pokémon fans will hopefully be happy http://mamedev.emulab.it/etabeta/2016/06/06/time-is-ticking-out/getting soon to github (as soon as the clean build completes...)

Thanks, eta! With MAME finally getting some attention as a way to play console games, it's important to support all these add-ons and controllers and stuff.

etabeta: do we support the sun sensor from boktai series yet? IIRC it piggybacks on the same i/o ports somehow and I *THINK* can share them with an rtc as well.
