I uploaded info on Caprice Pro-Action Baseball (PIC1655A) and Waddington's 2001 The Game Machine (MK3870). I also uploaded the Game Machine manual and overlay art .

I also picked up a "space theme" Quiz Kid, but it's got the identical MM5799 as the older one. They just removed the amateur, pro and complex buttons.

I uploaded info on 2 more PIC1655A football games. One is labelled Toytronic and the other doesn't have a manufacturer name. The Toytronic one has forward and reverse buttons instead of advance, and a slow/fast switch (not just an osc hack) instead of 1 or 2 players. The code is very similar.

I came across the Novation Apple-Cat II firmware ROM in my junk drawer. I did a quick search and didn't find it anywhere, so I put it on my site: http://www.seanriddle.com/novation_490408_ces_r.2.1.2a_c1982.bin

It's a 2532 but the 2nd half is all 0s. I thought there might be a problem with it, but the manual I found online calls it the "firmware 2K ROM option".

Thanks Sean, it looks fine. I'll have to see if I can look up what the other chips on the card were smile

...and they're all custom ASICs. Luckily the card's registers are well documented smile

I de-globbed an original Lights Out, but there are no markings on the die except some registration lines and layer IDs: http://www.seanriddle.com/lightsoutmetal.jpg

It's a CMOS MCU, but it doesn't look familiar to me.

I posted info on Tandy 2-Player Football- http://www.seanriddle.com/pic1650a.html#tandyfb

It's another PIC 1650A.

I built a rig for the SDIP 40 MP2139 from Tandy Cosmic 1000 Fire Away and dumped the lower 7 bits of the ROM. I'll play around some more and see if I can get the high bits; if not, I'll decap it.
