they work just fine here,
i'm using latest winterblast plugin (1.6 it was i believe) and latest zincgui (1.9.5).
i placed the wb plugin in the pcfg folder. and the zinc 1.0.1 keyboard plugin in the main zincgui/zinc folder (where zinc.exe is).
then if u disable wb plugin in zincgui u can still use keyboard plugin (just to test it or in case of " problems"). doa++ plays just fine with plugin enabled on my psx pad with usb convertor.
try downloading the keyboard plugin and WB plugin seperatly and place em where i just said above.
and use zincgui 1.9.5 of course which is still working fine with zinc 1.1.
haven't tried the new zincfe so ure own with that one but adding the 1.6 controller or doing a config manually / reconfigure is something u could try
