Ahah I actually thought there was a minor chance this was that other game you ordered, but with chances being like 1/15 I didn't bother asking smile

I added a skeleton picno driver yesterday, but nothing can be done with it, as the promised dump of the cpu's rom never materialised.

thx for adding the skeleton driver!
the mcu dump did not work the way we tried it. i'm pretty sure it has a lock-bit inside, so you only get an empty dump if you read it. we are currently thinking about to trojan it, using the external rom...

I've got hold of the motherboards from some Toshiba laptops: T1100+, T1200, T1600 and T3100e. I've dumped the through-hole ROMs; let me know if you want the dumps.

The T1100+, T1200 and T1600 also have surface-mount chips that want to be dumped: the character ROMs and the keyboard controller (80C49). I don't think I can dump them, even if I could get them off the boards, so I'll have to leave those to the experts. If anyone's got the skill and equipment to read them I'll happily lend them the boards.

This looks supremely awful.

I see the N64 version of it is in the N64 softlist, wonder if anybody has ever actually attempted to emulate it. Seems almost the ideal thing for MAME to do, even if compatibility is dire, there's no game sound, and the framerate is so bad you're not going to want to play it.
