Oh, man! Hal, if you've got a dumping rig set up for SM5xx-based handhelds, I should be able to start sending over the Game & Watch side of everything I've acquired over the past year. I don't want to overload you with work though, so let me know. smile

Just Desserts: Definitely, I'm happy to scan more games and hope the improve the process along the way! As of now, I've only dumped one SM510 but I don't think that other SM510-based games should pose any problems. The SM511 games are a bit more problematic as the melody ROM can't be electronically dumped (yet!). I will try to assist Sean with trying to re-dump the ROM and melody ROM from the SMB game which has an SM511 as I have a copy of that game at home and the content of the ROM is known so we can verify if we read it out correctly.

I only have two more not already dumped Game & Watch games available, Climber (SM511 based and the game that originally got me into this!) and Green House (SM510). I have scanned and traced the Climber display but will wait with trying to dump the ROM. Green House have I partly disassembled so that one will be the next one to look into. I would though first finish the DK game or at least determine if the issue found is with the dump, display files or with the emulation core. After that, I'd be happy to start dumping some of the games you have acquired smile

If you're able to get Climber and Green House fully dumped, that's great - in that case, I can resell them on Tradera and cycle the funds back into acquiring more handhelds. smile

Yes, I'll let you know when the games are dumped so that you can resell your games. Please hold on to the Green House game for a while though as the game I have has a black dot on the lower display that is lit all the time which could pose a problem when scanning so perhaps I can use your game if needed?

Can do. I believe I have two Green Houses even, so I could potentially send over the one that's in the best condition. smile

That would be great, let's pm details on how to send it smile I've ordered macro extension cubes for the camera to be able to get better images as well and I hope to get them next week.

A short but positive update regarding the DK digiclock colon problem: Thanks to hap, the issue has been resolved!

I had configured the wrong segment id in the display SVG file and hap could quickly identify the correct segment id. Updating the segment id resolved the issue smile

Regarding the "roughness" of the vector graphics in the posted windowed screenshots, it looks similar to what happens when running these games full screen with a prescale value applied. Maybe it's related?
