TLDR - Support for changing configurable slots (requires MAME 0.227) - Updated various parts of the worker_ui plugin in response to breaking LUA changes in MAME 0.227
- Changed the Images Dialog to a Configurable Devices dialog, combining image and slot selection
- Resurrected the "Quick Load/Save State" feature, which has been broken since 2.0
- Fixed profile renaming, which also has been broken since 2.0
- Fixed a bug in the profiles view that could cause a crash if one right clicks empty space

It still compiles on Fedora 33 but attempting to run anything results in a crash: $ ./BletchMAME
"/proc/132298/root"
QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified
QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'bool'

Yes I have not tried running on Linux. I would expect it to not be usable in its current form because of the lack of -attach_window functionality on Linux.

I should also say that I would _love_ to work with people out there to make BletchMAME a reality outside of Windows.

Other front-ends could embed MAME in a front-end window on Linux (at least with X, who knows with Wayland) before that parameter was added.
