Hello!

Probably I'm missing something very obvious or I'm doing something wrong, but using the latest QMC2 launcher and latest MAME release, I cannot create an Active Device Config profile on a selected Machine. I'm primarily using it to launch Software for a selected machine (like CD-I, Game.com and so on). In fact all the options are greyed out and cannot create one aside the default one. Selecting a game there doesn't work either.

The File Chooser option however, works fine, I'm able to launch games that way, but would be cool to be able to create default profiles for specific game and Machine. Is this a known issue or I'm doing something wrong?

Thank you so much!

Mine does the same thing, but in the Front end Log there is this message, "08:34:27.257: FIXME: The new implementation of the device configurator doesn't work properly yet!", so I guess this is a known limitation.

While I have your attention, I posted a thread in here recently about how to specify "-noautosave" from within QMC2. I'm trying to figure out how to specify temporary command line options from within QMC2 because it seems to ignore the configuration if there is already an existing .sta file. Have you figured out how to do this?
