Folks,

I am getting Tandy CGP-115 plotter printer. I am figuring out how to make ROM dumps from HD6805V1 microcontroller. It looks like mask-programmed chip.

I heard that someone was able make dumps from HD6805V1 microcontroller. I tried to access a link to HD6805V1_Reader on GitHub but repo was gone.

Does anyone have a copy of HD6805V1_Reader repo?

I have a copy of service manual includes complete schematics so that I can write cgp115 emulator with both parallel and RS232 serial ports.
.
Thanks,
Tim

I found this thread on EEVBlog's forum where they conclude that the V1 is the same as the MC6805P2 and can be read with the method described by Sean Riddle here.

There's also a lot of info at Matthieu Benoit's site.

It would be better to just send it to Sean Riddle as capturing the data using a logic analyzer isn't simple especially if you don't have one.
