Hello, beautiful people!
I've got a Casio Digital Diary SF-4300A in working condition and with the box and manual.
I opened it out of curiosity and it has 3 ICs: A LCD controller (I guess), a 32KB Sony CXK58257AP SRAM, and a mysterious NEC D30560, which could be possibly a gate array.
This device would need decapping of (at least) the NEC chip, and I'm not sure what would be inside, and the LCD screen has an area of square dots and some icons which are like the drawings in the Game&Watch machines. With a bit of luck, the icons on the LCD screen could be extracted from the manual if the screen proves tricky to enable.
I've scanned the device and its PCB at 600 dpi for documentation and artwork, which I'll put on your way.
Honestly, I have no use for the device, so if there's interest, I can send it for processing just for the shipping cost.
