Does this use C or assembly cores? If it's assembly, I guess I'll be stuck using 0.84 Xcode, because I need the 68EC020 for some of my favourite games...

Thanks for your job, Brad. So sad to read your message about your received mails.

New version is up to date but quit so many times :
when i try to configure keys
when opening some roms just after the "ok" request ( gtmr.zip for exemple )
and some joystick are no longer usable

if you need some more debug, mail me, i will help you with pleasure. I will wait for updates wink

ps : so sorry for my very bad "frenchy" english

Great work there Brad...
I guess now the mailbox will be stuffed with the equivalent number of Thank Yews...
Or not, from what I've seen of the many "When's the update coming?" over the last few months, this looks to be a largely thankless job - the thanks coming mainly from board regulars and such...

Anyway, good work. The effort is well appreciated.

Erm... my Documents folder is for documents, not application data!

Might I respectfully suggest that the general /Library/Application Support would be a better place for the files that don't change, with ~/Library/Application Support/ used for files that do, such as NVRAM?

If nothing else, the current setup requires every user of a machine to have a separate ROMs folder.

I've made alias too, with good rights on origianl folder, like this all users of my computer will use the same folder and don't duplicate the very heavy Roms folder in each user folder.

Why not using general the /Library/Application support to store Roms and NVRAMs? only computer admin will have right to manage Roms.

Many thanks for the new MacMAME Brad. smile

Is the site for keeping track of bugs still up? It might be pretty handy, I'm keeping quiet for now until I know what is a known issue and what has been reported.

The controller handling rewrite added in 0.84 but only seeing light of day for Mac users in MacMAME 0.87 is a major nuisance, overall its seems to have made things worse, Windows users have already been suffering it for a while and I guess it is here to stay. frown
