hehe nice tool,
i was able to listen to my super bomberman and starfox SPCs without trouble [although i _think_ the battle track is a little out of sync, meaning the different tracks/voices are not synchrounous in the way i remember it. but i have been known to mix such things up, so nevermind =]

anyhow, a question:
is there any easy way to export the SPCs to the mp3 format? i would love to listen to the tunes on my ipod =] maybe some hack using a system-level mp3 exporter or something?

thnx for the great app smile

printf("visit us at %lx.com.\n",*(long*)getpagesize());

No, MP3 export requires a $50,000 license. See http://www.mp3licensing.com/.

WAV export will come at some point in the future, and you can import those into iTunes.

i was not aware of such a license. i can see that you are not willing to pay this sum for a non-profit software. however, there is always the possibility requiring the end user to install an encoder such as lame via fink, thus avoiding the developer license issue altogether. IPC can always be done via pipes =)

anyway, i for one will be more than content with the possibility of exporting PCM data. but it sounds like this could take some time for you to get to, so if anyone can supply a quick-and-dirty solution to recoding SPCs to PCM, plz msg me =)

WAV export shouldn't be too hard, M1 supports it.

WAV is trivial to do; my emulators support it now. It's just a matter of implementation smile
