I recently downloaded Audio Overload version 2.0b8 (which is quite fantastic, might I say) and I am very confused as to how the "Save clip" button works. Whenever I press it, I get a save box asking me where I want to store the file. I input a valid address, but nothing happens.

Could someone explain how to use the "Save clip" button?
(I have the Windows version for my Windows XP.)

It simply saves what you decide to play to that file.
Open, then select a file but do not play. Choose Save Clip, pick a filename/location, then OK.. then PLAY.

Yeah, it records the next thing you press "Play" on until stopping. I need to add an indicator: the Linux version shows "L" in the bottom of the oscilloscope while a WAV file is being logged.

Ok, that makes more sense now. Still, I have two questions:

When does the .wav file appear in the location that I had preset?

Is it possible to create recordings for .nsf files? (With Audio Overload)

Ok, I think there's a bug. I can save one song, but when I want to save another, I have to restart AO and reload the music. It's like I can only save one song per opening of AO. Any way to get around this?

The .wav appears immediately once you start playing the song, although it isn't final until you click Stop.

You can record NSF files, yes.

How do you record, say, song number 5 of an .nsf file?
