Couldn't find any info on the game (except for japanese Wikipedia, which I can't really read, but which doesn't feature her name). But I'm guessing not, Yoko Kanno stopped writing music for Koei at around Uncharted Waters 2.

//Edit

Managed to find another Dreamcast game that uses Soul Reaver sequence driver (Silver: http://www.vgrebirth.org/games/game.asp?id=1100).

Most of music data uses standard Sega files (FOB, FPB, MPB), while sequences are stored as standard General MIDI files, everything in .KAT containers.

The last Nobunaga soundtrack by Kanno was episode 6 (Tenshouki). For info, Reppuuden is episode 8.

She left Koei the same year she worked on Macross Plus, and mostly stopped composing for games (except a recent Sangokushi IIRC).

Five new ones today:

Golem no Maigo (2000)(Caramelpot)
Magic - The Gathering (2001)(Alfa System, Sega)
Pachinko no Dendou CR Nanashii (2001)(Microcabin)
Puyo Puyo Da! featuring Ellena System (1999)(Compile)
Rent A Hero No. 1 (2000)(Aspect, Sega) <-- might be missing some tracks, lots of MSB files without a matching MPB. More tracks than the OST anyway

Love the homages to classic Sega games in Rent-a-Hero (even if Sega always uses the same sections of the same songs when referencing those games). I'd love to hear a full version of the AfterBurner song done with this arrangement.

Some new SSF rips, more to come:

Angelique Special (1996)(Koei)
Minnesota Fats - Pool Legend [Side Pocket 2 - Densetsu no Hustler] (1995)(Data East)
Nobunaga's Ambition - Tenshouki with Power Up Kit (1997)(Koei)

Tenshouki was scored by Yoko Kanno, Side Pocket 2 continues the good jazzy tradition set by the first game.
