Hello there everyone.

In the past I was able to mute tracks to .ym files with audio overload but now I'm not with the new version. I'm using the turrican 2 .ym files located here:

http://www.nemmelheim.de/turrican/bonusfiles.php

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Is there an alternative for .ym files so I *can* mute the tracks?

Thank you in advance!

Which new version? 2.0 final or the 2.0.1 preview that was recently posted?

Ok. I'll double-check if Richard doesn't first but that should work.

It should be noted that in the windows version I don't even see an option to mute .ym tracks, opposed to the mac version at least giving me an option. Was the feature removed?

The feature was removed when we switched to a higher quality YM playback engine. I have reinstated it for the next version and added channel mutes for PSF2, SSF, and DSF.

Awesome. For a second there I thought something was wrong on my end of things.

So is there an old version of AO (win32) I can use in the meantime so I can mute the tracks?

Thank you for your quick replies!

There is a *new* version you can use to mute the tracks smile Please look at the "Problems with Win32 AO" thread.
