Here is the previously submitted bugs for SNES... Bugzilla SNESBased on this thread there are clearly more and I don't see the most important bug ever (super mario kart!!! ) thanks to everyone who is looking at SNES

btw, mode 7 should be back to correct working state now. I should better check which test changes are in the patch and which are not, before the commit...

Clay Fighter requires "really freaking good" timing. As a single project, not something managable. As a long-term goal, broken down into a lot of small steps... MESS would benefit quite a bit from the on-going work before there's an ounce of improvement in Clay Fighters.

He and I both know the guy who programmed that audio driver. The author considers it an ongoing source of lulz that even bsnes sometimes glitches that audio but it's always perfect on real h/w.

Oh, that's one seriously SICK sound driver. Simple HDMA spooling is enough to give most emulators problems, and it doesn't even stop there I'm not sure whether it's more impressive than Star Ocean's virtual sound channels, but it is decidedly more reliable

The same programmer came up with running code out of the DMA registers so you could decompress at 3.58 MHz on a slower ROM cart, which gave earlier emulators serious fits
