additional issues (just to keep record):

* Super Soccer has a black screen when you have to select a team (but you can see somehow through the black the flags)

* any game using special chips (but DSP1-DSP2-OBC1) does not work [1]

[1] I had a partial DSP3/DSP4 implementation but: 1. I need permission from Nach to use ZSNES code (I'm already in contact with him, and he's basically ok... we just need to sort out details), 2. I haven't pushed too much for the permission because DSP3 is still buggy & Top Gear 3000 (DSP4) suffers of the same bug of Top Gear 2... However, both chips will come at a point...

of course. they are special chips and they are not DSP1-DSP2-OBC1 (which are the only 3 supported)

Really no idea about it (open bus?) but that screen is actually completely black since that the fade register is 0 (and we currently use a +1 hack).

r5406 /src/mame/machine/snes.c: [SNES]: fixed irq ack and fixed TIMEUP register open bus behaviour.

...means that Super Robot Taisen EX doesn't hang anymore.

(also Full Throttle Racing shows the CyberSoft logo but hangs after it)

Energy Breaker blending bug is caused by a missing HDMA. Game doesn't even attempt to enable the H-blank IRQ, and yes, the cause is pretty much a perversion smirk

MESS vs. Snes9x

And speaking about perversions...

Great!

Well, the lasts svn has some weird graphics regressions:

Donkey Kong country 3 (u)-After you found Krematoa, water becames weird
[Linked Image from i701.photobucket.com]

Animaniacs (u) - Title screen corrupted
[Linked Image from i701.photobucket.com]

Donkey Kong country (u) - nintendo logo display unaccurate
[Linked Image from i701.photobucket.com]

Toy story (u) - Background issue at first level
[Linked Image from i701.photobucket.com]

And, thanks Kale, for the quick fixes!

Kale: they're centered in bsnes? Because in actual photography you're supposed to put the subject off center like that, not that pre-PS2 programmers tended to know that smile

@Shideravan: are those really regressions? and when they were working correctly?

Nintendo logo in DKC has been like that since many days...
