Core wait state stuff cannot properly emulate the SNES (this is where Haze's famous "MAME/MESS can't ever emulate consoles" rant can be inserted). You *have* to do an S-CPU core that counts master cycles if you ever hope to run e.g. byuu's magical seek thing

It is quite the evil function, had to write a helper program to generate the opcode tables needed automatically. Too much to do by hand.

I was actually going to send it directly to dr. decapsulator (along with some gameboys) rather than going through guru, since shipping from us->au->us is murder.
