Fixed in rev. 9552. I have also tried to unify (once more) SRAM handling. Super Metroid and Super Tetris 3 work fine and Donkey Kong Country is fixed. Please report any other SRAM issue, please, so that we can fix it once for all

yes, it is. although I would call it an enhancement request, rather than a bug... there is no warranty that sram saves should work across different emulators (notice that we save the proper sram data, but we do not trim it yet to the real size differently from some other emu)
EDIT: to elaborate a bit: the changes done to snes SRAM so far should have had impact only on a very small set of games (i.e. most of the SRAM should have remained compatible from 0.140 to the current svn, and only a few games might end up not loading properly their data)
on the other hand, fixing bug 1742 would break most of the current SNES sram files. hence, I would prefer to do it only once I am sure that we handle properly all games (to avoid introducing more and more incompatibilities at each attempt to fix).

I haven't been following MESS progress for a while now (I didn't run this emulator since 0.135, and only updated today). Always nice to see some progress on the Nintendo systems, especially the SFC, my favorite Nintendo system. Keep up the good work etabeta and Kale and the others I might have forgotten. *thumbs up*

Fixed vertical sprite wrap-around, no more cut sprites at the edge: (Jump of Simon Belmont at the top right of the screen) If you have any test case for this please check it out and report any inaccuracy.

Fixed VRAM size access to 64KB, bit 7 in VRAM address is incorrectly setted up Robocop 3, hence the missing sprites:

Based off some notes from nocash, here we go, the first OSD screen of the Nintendo Super System: Next up it needs the security device hooked up.

Preliminary S-3520 RTC device hook-up: (In case you were wondering, the timeframe of this one is 1901-2000, hence the busted 1912)
