to create your own CD-ROM image which is bootable. ah ok, I guess you definitely need Unz for that and a burning program. MESS does not write to CDs (yet?).

No idea, I'm still stuck on pc drivers running 286. I haven't touched any 386 drivers yet.

judge is always around. from time to time he sends his wonderful code (like the video code which allowed proper borders in cpc drivers), but he has not much time for emulation. I still hope to see the pce video refactorization needed by pcfx, but I guess it will be public one day and it's just a matter of waiting until it's ready for disclosure

Actually just reimplementing a crude version of the PCE code is far less work than fixing up the cpu core, and all the other funky features of the system ;-)

The pce code is basically public, it's just not in svn yet because it isn't 100% correct and too slow. @Haze: I don't like copy/pasting and extending the pce video code knowing it is incorrect. Btw, I usually find fixing cpu cores easier to do
