We have a "German-French-English" ROM right now, part numbers 23-022e5-00 and 23-020e5-00. If yours is another part, that would be interesting to get dumped at some point.

Lord_Nightmare just dumped the controller ROM from an LK201 which will help further the emulation smile

Balrog did all of the heatgunning, soldering and leg-repair work, I just helped breaking apart the pcb to get half the chip out, prying the other half of chip until it came halfway out leaving a bunch of legs behind, and messing with the (repaired) chip until it dumped properly.

Also I think we're going to have a proper viking funeral for the LK201 which died for this purpose, involving relieving pent up frustration about how insanely difficult it is to repair shorted membranes on a keyboard whose membrane stack is plastic-peg-melt-fastened-together to the keys and metal plate with about 200 pegs, and whose pcb has razor sharp membrane contacts which shred the membrane traces when you pull them out. Funeral may also involve baseball bats. Video will be taken of the event for those unable to attend.

I created a translation of the Wiki page for the PC-D ... while it's being reviewed it can be found here:

OK. The checksums of the 3 EPROMs i dumped today are exact duplicates of those available as a download on "Drive W" (rainbow-100.com). The character rom is also identical. Sigh. :-)

@rfka : would you lend a fellow countryman your 100-B motherboard? Do you have a DEC compatible monitor?

I'd really like to peek on the data of the winchester drive (Seagate ST-412 MFM and therefore incompatible to modern computer hardware)...

Spent the evening trying to repair the broken MB (see post above), but gave up.

I have scanned some service manuals of the Siemens PC-D

Siemens PC-D service manuals

As they are in German, I have extracted some pages and translated most of these. The archive contains a PDF with the excerpt and a Word document with the translation, it's best to read them side by side.

PCD translation

Andreas, who's contributed to the M20 emulation progress, has dumped some more ICs from other PCs which I'm posting in the appropriate threads:

I've updated this archive with the contents of the 8741AD's contained in the NCR DMV mouse adapter, the mainboard and keyboard.

DMV ROM addendum updated 2012-05-28

The PCD ROM archive now also contains the contents of the 8741AD from the PC-D graphics board.

Andreas managed to read one of the PALs from the DEC Rainbow 100's graphics board, the other contained only zeroes or was protected. It's included here: more Rainbow files

Andreas could not read the various NEC 7220's

Great! AFAIK the 7220 doesn't contain any ROM so you won't be able to read it anyway.

The documentation is at least ambiguous, so I wasn't sure

Nec 7220 docs

Next to the 7220 on the DMV graphics boards is either a M1-76161-5, a M3-76161-5 or a N82S191N/K8340 ... are those RAM or (P)ROM IC's?

82S191 is indeed a 16Kbit (2K bytes) bipolar PROM. Likely a font at that size.
