That's a modern nerd toy, but there was a commercial port of V7 UNIX (Demos) to more powerful clone hardware (with memory management and tty lines). There's an old SIMH fork that runs it.
We made a good progress on Zelenograd's PK32 (L1839VM1 CPU in particular). Given an info about this CPU is limited we were able to partially reproduce behavior using sources of DOS. At the current state the 1839 is able to run simple user's VAX-11 code. Any advice/help is appreciated for further progress. https://github.com/mamedev/mame/pull/13107
BK expansion port WIP -- Menestrel sound cart. Two 8253s driven from 1 MHz clock, one channel configurable as IRQ source (original BK did not have a periodic IRQ), basic score editor in ROM. No filtering, volume control etc.
