what is it? cabinet marquee display?

*edit* yeah, some segment displays and a light that some games can control

do we add this as a device? a machine? I'm not really sure ;-)

A user on the German vintage computer forum posted a monitor and a utility ROM for the Intel SDK-85. They're preserved on the FTP.

I have only upload rights ... so it's probably in my upload directory, and there are two SDK-85 archives, the ROMs are the same, "Intel SDK-85 with readme.zip" has a readme with credits added.

So I just found some Kryoflux images of a few quite rare Spanish games and was wondering about MAME's stance on flux dumps.

Would they have to be "unofficially" converted to IPF so that they can be added to the softlists, should they be sent to SPS and wait for an undefined amount of time for an "official" IPF to be made, or is it better to convert them to some other format that's more MAME friendly?
