Thanks for keeping this Nestopia current, but why the requirement for DX9 runtimes? The last official Nestopia release 1.40 starts up fine on Windows 8 without DX9 installed.

Minor bug: The settings on the xBr filter (blend and round modes) do not work. (Win32 ver.)

Sure it's old, but there are new PC games yet to ship that support it by default to capture the 15% or so that are still on XP smile
