Double Dragon II: The Revenge by Tiger has now been preserved in MAME  Sean Riddle has dumped the MCU ROM and I've helped out with digitizing the display and preparing the MAME driver. I found what I believe to be an error with the segment mapping on Operation: Aliens. The three segments for Weapon and the three for Energy should be swapped. I have no video of a real unit in action but when you play pick up a weapon, the set on the right light up. Every time you get hit, one from the left turns off. I'd call it BTANB* until further proof. *: Bugs That Are Not (emulation) Bugs: Bug on real handheld that doesn't happen on MAME.
Segments are grouped together, in this case it electronically doesn't make sense to swap left power bar with right. Issue with decap/optical dump? Looking at the decap, it was good quality, I always double check them. Consider a SM510 emulation bug? Unlikely, the opcodes are pretty simple and all other games work fine on MAME.

I'm ok with an MT report. Too bad that the game is so rare there is no Youtube footage (and of course Sean can't test the game anymore since the MCU is decapped)
