I don't understand why you asked if it was working given 1) you'd seen it doesn't work and 2) it's marked supported="no".

Thanks to PeT's work (as well as the BIOS and carts arrived from Peter Wilhelmsen and Morten Shearman Kirkegaard) Gamate emulation in MESS has started to live. Most carts get to title screen, and many are playable too

Not everything is perfect, though... I get some random crash, games with horizontal scrolling have issues, a couple of games suffer of BG shift problem which makes them unplayable

I guess you were actually referring to the newer game (i.e. the translation of Blue Almanac) and not to Legend of Wukong whose checksum have been documented since a couple of years.
Anyway, yeah, it will be added soon (I have to get to megadriv.xml in my todo list) together with some russian dumps...
