On XM7 you can start the game(play) by pressing the button below the ESC button.
N) ew Game
The MESS driver is not able to load the game.
supported="no" is correct.

I don't understand why you asked if it was working given 1) you'd seen it doesn't work and 2) it's marked supported="no".

Thanks to PeT's work (as well as the BIOS and carts arrived from Peter Wilhelmsen and Morten Shearman Kirkegaard) Gamate emulation in MESS has started to live. Most carts get to title screen, and many are playable too

Not everything is perfect, though... I get some random crash, games with horizontal scrolling have issues, a couple of games suffer of BG shift problem which makes them unplayable

and a couple of games freeze as soon as gameplay starts

however, for a system whose BIOS was not even dumped a few days ago, I think the progress is thrilling smile

also, I cannot exclude that they re-release the game, so no support for that one will be added in MESS for the time being: if we harm the developers'/publishers' work (don't forget here we are talking about a company which bought the right for publishing the games, it's not PD homebrew), we damage ourselves, because there won't be any more games to emulate

The 3 year period has since expired...

I guess you were actually referring to the newer game (i.e. the translation of Blue Almanac) and not to Legend of Wukong whose checksum have been documented since a couple of years.
Anyway, yeah, it will be added soon (I have to get to megadriv.xml in my todo list) together with some russian dumps...
